These “off the shelf packages” can be moulded to suit your particular needs or, if what you’re looking for isn’t here, phone us and we’ll discuss whether or not we can help. If we believe we can’t meet your needs – we’ll tell you, and suggest how you might go forward to address your particular issues.

Group training is delivered in a “workshop format” that encourages participative learning e.g. in small group activities. Large commissions might involve several full day or evening sessions over a number of weeks or months. Smaller commissions can be delivered in an evening or a half day seminar.

Individual coaching and mentoring sessions for senior leaders can be arranged to suit the individual.

SKOPEO does not provide consultancy or training in financial or legal issues.

Associate trainers may be used to provide additional specialist input as required.
